“If Tupac & Selena Had A Baby” is the first single off the SAMO EP. The song was inspired by Tupac’s “The Rose That Grew From Concrete” as well as Selena’s “Como La Flor”, both which outline hope as the main theme.

As a teen the streets of Brownsville Brooklyn tempted him to head in the wrong direction. Luckily, he connected with the father of Brooklyn basketball, Mr. Gil Reynold’s, which put him on the path toward All American honors as a player at Lamar College. From there he found his way into the division 1 program at Iona College.
